PlayTera ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Android application collects, uses, and protects your information.
To function as a video downloader and player, PlayTera requires the following permissions:
Account Data (New): If you choose to create an account to unlock PlayTera Premium features, we collect your email address and authentication tokens (via Supabase or Google Login). This data is securely stored and used strictly for account management, authentication, and verifying your active subscription status across your devices.
Financial Data: We track your premium subscription status (e.g., Active/Inactive) to provide you with premium features. All actual payment processing is handled securely by Google Play Billing; we do not collect or store your credit card numbers or raw financial data.
Downloaded Files: The video files you download are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to view your private files.
Internet Access: Internet connectivity is required and used to fetch video details, download public content, authenticate your login, and verify your premium status.
Local Storage: All downloaded files and history are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit your browsing history or private files to any external cloud server.
This app uses Google AdMob to display ads to free users. AdMob may use your device's "Advertising ID" to show personalized ads based on your interests.

This app uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to improve stability and understand how the app is used.
Firebase Crashlytics: Collects crash logs and device state information when the app crashes.
Firebase Analytics: Collects usage data (e.g., how long you use the app, which screens you visit) and device identifiers.
We may update this policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data (including your email address and subscription history).
How to request deletion: Please send an email to plugovate@gmail.com from the email address associated with your PlayTera account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will manually delete your account and wipe your data from our database within 14 days.
Note: Deleting your account will result in the immediate loss of access to any active Premium features tied to that account.
